VisionPoint incorporates Quality control throughout the Design, Fabrication and installation process. VisionPoint has built the business processes that deliver continued improvement throughout the project execution process. Our Design standards review all pertinent details architecturally, conduits, cable numbers, power loads to insure accuracy in delivered drawing packages. The Quality control process provides a structured approach to Design development.

Our process covers all the pertinent details to minimize changes that can cause unnecessary change orders during the construction process. The level of detail depicted insures accurate representation and understanding of the requirements by all involved in the process. Our schedule of responsibility covers any overlap in who is responsible for labor activities by the contracting team.
Quality control is a continuous improvement for the VisionPoint design team. VisionPoint continues to find areas, in working collectively with Architectural and contracting teams, where improvements in how we document our projects are an evolving process.
