Quality Control
VisionPoint understands how critical Quality control is in the fabrication process. Our process uncovers technical issues that would normally result in project delivery delays or return site visits correcting issues that create client frustration. VisionPoint has developed a rear connection panel method that allows for a complete system termination to allow the quality control team to test the systems configuration from start to finish. The following list is a few items related to the testing process:
- Complete signal path testing from origination to display destination
- Video signal contrast and signal level balancing
- Audio profile development and testing
- User interface and control system functionality testing
- Firmware and individual product configurations
- Wireless microphone configuration and testing
Ultimately the process uncovers technical issues with the goal of resolution prior to client interaction with the system. This process allows VisionPoint to develop what we call a turn back process where discovery of issues that are recognized not to meet quality control standards set by VisionPoint utilizing industry standards. We identify these issues with code identification of the problem with an auto generated email to the VisionPoint team to review the problem and identify a resolution by implementing or revising our process for future prevention. This process is how we measure our success and continued improvement process and employee development. This ultimately provides the desired results in operational efficiency prior to system deployment providing our customers the most favorable experience upon completion.
