A Biotechnology firm in Hopkinton MA required a presentation and communication environment for improving communications between their office and manufacturing environments.
The boardroom space is equipped with many amenities required to interact between business units like a ceiling mounted digital document camera and fifty-five inch Fujitsu plasma for data display and video communications.
The equipment for this space is located within a small closet in a wall mounted equipment rack keeping the area clean and quiet. The table is equipped with an accessible VGA, network and power requirements to support any type of presentation.
Even though the room communication complexity is “State of the Art” the basics of the room’s environments success was to provide an effective user-friendly communication space.
