Providing a Bank a New Approach to Board Meetings
A Fairfield County bank in Ridgefield, Connecticut, implements a communication environment to improve the information process between branches.
The banks challenge was to involve all the members of each branches board to collect and organize the company’s financial information and strategic direction. The direction was to provide an environment that would allow for quarterly reports to be shared electronically. This was accomplished by implementing an electric front screen projection system display for computer information and connectivity for twenty-two local area network connections at the table for all to view reporting information.
As you can see, the room’s aesthetics are maintained by integrating an electric lift for the projection system and providing a raised center panel into the table to remove from site the connections when not in use. The audio conferencing microphones are placed strategically in the center rise to remove the possibility of laptop fan noise from interfering with the audio quality during a conference call.
Although the bank is new to operating this technology the Creston wireless LCD touch screen interface provides an end-user an intuitive interface simplifying the rooms operation for the most novice user.
