A Technology Refresh Improves Company Communications
The conference room provides a large meeting space for staff and client meetings. The architecture of the space remained untouched in an effort to preserve the integrity and beauty of the original table and woodwork with the focus on improving audio and video communications.
The room is equipped with a single 63” plasma display recessed into the front wall façade. The table has been modified to accept table-box connections with control to simplify the overall operational aspect and presentation, network and power access. Integrated within the table top are fixed microphones for audio conferencing speech support.
A single equipment rack houses the technology providing PC presentation support, cable TV and DVD/VCR playback. The system’s architecture is based on single cable platform for delivery of all presentation signal sources to the display. The system’s control intelligence allows for remote monitoring of the system’s components, which provides the ability to be proactive in the support of the room’s technology and ensures proper operation.
