That’s a high bar, especially when technology is at the center of the relationships, but Jennifer is acutely aware of the trust clients place in their collaboration and communication systems, and is committed to delivering an experience that is as close to flawless as possible. Whether it is determining which staff member to send on a service call, knowing how best to tackle competing priorities, or organizing the deployment of a new system, Jennifer has the inherent sense and corresponding experience to know the path to follow.
