You might remember Tom. He was the kid setting up the projector when there was a movie to watch in grammar school. Now, many years later, the self-described “AV geek” continues to dig into and work with the latest and greatest in communication technology.
While his primary role is to manage sales and build customer relationships, Tom also helps develop and fine tune business processes to improve trust and collaboration among all the teams that have to come together to realize a project’s full potential.
For Tom, every interaction is important. No matter how brief or commonplace, every word and action is worth examining for the potential to make it better the next time.
