Congratulations Tyler Budrow, starting the New Year off with another achievement in the AV Industry! Tyler achieved his Certified Technology Specialist ― Installation certification in January, adding another notch on his list of accomplishments and certifications.
The CTS-I certification is administered by InfoComm International, the trade association representing the professional audiovisual and information communications industries worldwide, and means that Tyler follows specifications, schematics, codes and safety protocols, administers installation process logistics, maintains tools and equipment, and provides the best audiovisual solutions for client needs.
It’s no surprise to us at VisionPoint that Tyler has earned this distinction. He is an accomplished AV Specialist with seven years of experience at VisionPoint. In addition to his recent achievement, Tyler has excelled in the continuous education and development process offered by our company.
While this is all great news for Tyler and his friends and family, who are very proud of him, the bottom line is that he is one of a skilled team that makes communication easy for our VisionPoint customers. Tyler can be found building, installing, testing or performing quality control checks in any given week. Many times he’ll be training customers or teammates or simply stepping back to examine how we do things to improve a process. We have come to rely on Tyler because he approaches every task with integrity and purpose.
A dedicated employee who puts customer needs first, Tyler admits he prefers to travel to warmer climates, where he can refine his golf game, but is okay with any opportunity to chill with his snowboard. His toothbrush is always packed for when that customer call comes in.
