Law firm transforms space and leverages Microsoft Teams

A large northeast-based law firm had already been widely using Microsoft Teams at the desktop and the Firm needed to extend the Teams experience into all conference rooms and a large event space. While this appeared to be simple on the surface, a deeper dive revealed all of the use cases and scenarios required by the Firm, which included interoperability with Zoom and Google Meet as well as meetings hosted on user’s laptops.

Leveraging our extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, audio design, and acoustic analysis, we’ve seamlessly integrated cutting-edge technologies with pre-existing construction surveys. The result is a state-of-the-art space that stands out in both functionality and aesthetics.

Here’s how we achieved this:

• Audio Excellence: We’ve installed Linear Array Microphones by Shure, paired with Biamp Networked DSPs and custom programming. This setup ensures flexibility, reliability, and exceptional audio quality, supported by real-time acoustic analysis for optimal performance.
• Visual Impact: The room’s floor-to-ceiling windows provided ample natural light, guiding us to select a 3×3 video wall from LG with a near bezel-less design. This choice guarantees superior viewing distance and contrast, enhancing your visual experience.
• Future-Ready Design: Our industry-leading equipment and thoughtful design allow for future expansion and upgrades. The system is designed for easy maintenance, with quick and clean updates and preventive servicing when needed.
