A Proven Process

VisionPoint will apply our proven methodology. VisionPoint’s process is based on a proven approach to deliver successful outcomes.  A dedicated project manager will direct all communications, logistics and coordination with the entire project team.

Project Kickoff

VisionPoint will schedule a kick-off meeting that will:

  • Introduce the team and communication portal: myavproject.com
  • Review roles and responsibilities
  • Review the design, capabilities, and network diagram

Engineering & Design

Once the AV network diagram has been validated and approved, VisionPoint engineers will work to:

  • Create a drawing package appropriate for your project
  • Order all equipment
  • Complete pre-installation qulity control

Fabrication & Configuration

Upon receipt of the equipment at VisionPoint, our team will:

  • Build, wire, configure, and program your system
  • Stage your system as a complete working assembly
  • Test all operations and prepare the equipment for delivery to your location

Room Ready

Before on-site installation, each space must be ready. VisionPoint will provide a client responsibility checklist which must be approved for the project to proceed. This phase validates that all client and contractor tasks have been completed including:

  • Power
  • Data
  • AV cabling
  • Hardpoints
  • Network
  • Licensing
  • Furniture

On-Site Installation

The VisionPoint on-site team consists of a lead engineer, technicians, and a quality control engineer. VisionPoint’s team will work to:

  • Professionally install all equipment according to the design
  • Commission (QC) the system and fine-tune the audio profile
  • Conduct training and provide training documentation

Project Close

After the system has been turned over to you, VisionPoint will schedule a project close out meeting to:

  • Review the project outcome and survey
  • Introduce the VisionPoint service team
